Q: Can I request a custom label?

A: Of course! Please add all custom requests to the "Special instructions for seller" box before continuing to checkout.

Q: What is your processing time:

A: Because all items are made to order, our processing time is 2-4 business days and this does not include weekends.

 

Q: My order was shipped, when should I expect it?

A: We mark our orders as shipped on the day we take them to the local post office. Because we ship USPS Priority Mail, buyers will receive their order 1-3 business days after items have been received by USPS. USPS does not always scan in our items the day we take them, and weekends are not considered a business day, so please consider this while placing your order.

 

Q: Can I pay extra for expedite shipping, pick up, or delivery? 

A: Please use the "Contact Us!" page to inquire.

 

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanged once items have been purchased, however, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
